Please arrive to the parking lot 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Please call us from the parking lot. PLEASE DO NOT COME UP TO THE OFFICE PRIOR TO BEING TOLD TO DO SO.
A nurse will obtain your medical history and assign you to an exam room.
Please come up to the office alone, unless an aide or relative is required for safety.
A mask or mouth/nose covering must be worn at all times in the office. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule.
