Fuller lips is a common desire. At Aesthetic Dermatology Associates, we use Restylane and Juvederm for lip enhancement. Composed of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance, these agents give immediate results. They can increase the fullness and enhance the shape of the lips.
Placing fillers in the lips not only enhances the fullness and appearance of the lips themselves but also can improve the appearance of the fine lines radiating from the mouth. These lines develop with aging and sun damage and may be more prominent in smokers.
Results are immediate and enhancement typically lasts for six months.
